Im trying my best to go to Canada but im too afraid to book flights, sometimes i think about calling it quits but never do, Ive only become this bad over the past year after coming home from Australia/New Zealand im also very lonely in life

    Hi op

I would suggest going to your gp or finding a therapist that can get to the root of your anxiety

You aren't alone and thousands of people in ireland have the same thought processes as you

Going to your gp ,isn't just about getting a handful of pills ,its also about being referred to the people that can support you best

maybe give these guys a ring to be listened to and first hand, safe advice

    Go well op ..

There's no shame in taking meds if you need them.

    Anythings worth a try imo.
