Transferring from Iphone to SIM

Need to try and do this (micro SIM) to establish a link with in-car Audi bluetooth module as actual phone memory is not recognised / displayed under CONTACTS. Any suggestions ?

In your bluetooth settings on the phone you need to click on the Audi module and allow the connection to send contacts?
As far as I know it will never pull the details from the sim as iPhone use device memory for contacts.
