    Hi folks,
We have paving slabs in our back yard (small estate type house), were here when we moved and i hate them.
I want to put 4sq meters of lawn down. Im going to do it myself but was wondering what type of underlay would be needed?
The usual sand is under the slabs and afaik the ground is quitestoney underneath that. I was thinkin of maybe 2" of topsoil underneath. Would that be okay? Or is it needed?
    Any help would be great.
    Thanks.
