Soft. The father had a 93 862 with 3k hours and there was always something going on it , starters , batterys , transformers, half shafts , ring gears, clutch. exhausts breaking, sticking in gears, front tyres burning off crap brakes even after they were refurbished, it wouldnt go a month without something breaking .
Its bad when i rate a crystal way above them , at least they kept going.
If you pay half price you will pay twice

i dont quite know what you are asking. You can get new parts for them but a lot arent available on the shelf due to the lack dealers in ireland and lack of demand.
The engines and drive trains are belaruss own parts , belarus engine , belarus axels .
The best way i can describe it is the metal they use is soft. i heard a story of a man who was changing a clutch on one ,didnt put a block of wood between the jack and bell housing and the jack went up through the bell housing. i saw a video on u tube where one got stuck in a hole and was getting a tow from bigger tractor and it pulled the engine off the tractor,

Another interesting think i was told by a dealer is the new ones arent emission compliant. Other manufactures have tier 2 or tier 3 engines and ad blue so they meet eu emission standards to be sold legally in the country.

I remember reading in the uk farmers weekly magazine a few years ago, they were testing out a batch of 90-100 hp tractors, there was a Belarus one included, must have been a manual gearbox in it, they said and I quote " if you find a gear that is close to what you need, stick to it because you might not find another !". Not sure what the new ones are like though I would think carefully before purchasing

I thought they had gone with all the 'new tractor' boys and got bosch pumps, zf gear and the rest!
The Farmtrac we have in work has a Perkins engine and a Dromone hitch as standard.
So that's what I was wondering about.
Kubota did fairly similar. Same with most of the new chape tractor brands!

If it's a case that Belarus have done the whole lot. I'd be fairly weary of it. Is it a dealer yer looking to get outta?
If it is, get er out on a demo and redden er up!
It's not the best thing to do, but it's a 'new' tractor and should be able to handle full engine/hydraulic load!
If not, stick to standard brands, Kubota have a fairly tidy model M-something or other. I looked them up well ago.!
    :)

This is a tractor review I did for work. It bases the tractors performance/ability on the four tractors that are already working.
    Hope it helps ya!!
