What are B&Q like for returns outside of their stated 45 day period ? I've bought a load of flooring; storehand recommnded that I let it acclimatise" for a few weeks before laying it but now my builder doesn't want to use it. I've got the receipts, paid in cash. What are B&Q like for returns outside of their stated 45 day period ?

I've bought a load of flooring; storehand recommnded that I let it acclimatise" for a few weeks before laying it but now my builder doesn't want to use it.

I've got the receipts, paid in cash. Boxes unopened.

From experience should I be able to get a refund ?

Give them a call. They are usually accommodating but you won't know until you ask.
