I know its windows but these phones and pricepoint are lagging the market
    -its only 4.5" dual core

the Huawei G630 is 5" 720p quad core
and can be got for as little as 130 euro on carphone warehouse

The processor difference isn't really important - it's not comparing like with like. Windows Phone 8 is a much less processor intensive OS than Android so could run faster/more smoothly on a dual core phone than Android on a quad core.

As said above, I can guarantee that Windows Phone will be far smoother in every sense than almost any Android phone no matter what the processor difference is. Have had a HTC 8X, and an LG Windows 7/8.1 phones, the difference in speed and use is vast compared to android. The only thing you don't have on Windows 8 phones are the apps, which may or may not be a big deal to people. But they're a great phone, and I miss mine, even a Galaxy S4 doesn't compare in a lot of ways.

FYI - because something is a quad doesn't mean its faster than a dual.

I have a 925 and I think its a nice phone, simple to use , great camera etc........but, and a big but it is, the signal reception is rubbish. Having done a bit of googling it appears this is a common problem (globally) with this model, a design fault. So my advice is ,,,dont buy one.

The 925 is an old phone now. Signal reception was an issue on a lot of metal body phone.

You'll find newer model now have plastic strips on the body to solve this problem. Happened a lot of different makes of the same era, when they first used metal bodies. Its often why you find a cheap plastic phone has great signal reception.
