Scania heater problem

I have a 2005 r500 and the heater will only blow out hot air. it has climate control ( Its never been regassed) but even with the heater to it's lowest setting its blowing out hot air. Any suggestions ?

Most modern vehicles have lots of motors to move flaps to distribute and mix the air in the heating system, sounds like a failed motor or stuck flap is pushing all the flow through the heater matrix.
