My hair is a natural mousy brown with grey roots at the mo.
Had highlight s a couple of months ago but can't afford them for a while again.

Was just wondering if the colour bomb 1003 would be good to apply all over?!

Colour bomb will only work on dyed hair, so the colour bomb won't work on your roots

    Thought so.
But it should give the dull highlights I have a bit of a lift?!

I have only used the ones for red hair and while I found it okay, it only lasted a week, wouldn't be sure if it would worth it for you, sorry

It might give them a temporary lift, but it'll only increase the contrast with your roots.

Why not go to colour classes at a hairdresser and just get them done again at a fraction of the price?
