Made some Raspberry jam with jam making sugar, but on new cooker from the last time I did it successfully.

This time it didn't seem to boil as high as on the old cooker and now the jam is still semi set. Can/Should I boil again using old cooker (4mins at boiling then put in jars to set  )

Buy a sugar thermometer and it's never happen again, as for your current predicament unfortunately it's not gonna stiffen up again (TWSS)
