    Anyone else think that UPC are brutal?When you ring up about a problem, it takes forever to get in contact with them, and when they pass you through department they never share info, so you have to give the same information over and over again.

    You enter account number when the machine asks for it and then the first line ask again the same information, then upon putting you through to the next department the call suddenly drops (at least one time out of two for me). Just wasted twenty minutes.
