UPS Item has not cleared customs.

    Hi

    I ordered a Game of Thrones ornament sword from the US via UPS and I was scheduled to have it delivered today. Everything was fine and I got an import scan (which usually means it got through customs okay) and destination scan early this morning. When I checked the tracking information at 8am it said "Exception: Your shipment was not processed by brokerage and has not cleared customs", does this mean customs have seized my item even though I got an import scan? I rang UPS but was told only what my tracking info says. has anyone experienced this before and know how long it could take? I ordered a similar ornament sword last year from the same website and everything went fine.
