I've noticed there is a small subsection of people either suffering from a phobia of adjectives or have had their vocabulary of adjectives removed from their brain. They just omit them from sentences as cool as you like rendering the sentence meaningless.

Omission of words crucial to the meaning of a sentence goes beyond grammar issues.

    Not really,

There have been a few times when I've been at a loss for words as I am in real life when something is posted.

Someone posts a pic of a guy with a fish in one hand an Umbrella in the other, while wearing high heels, on a block of ice and has a sword over his back while wearing Scuba gear

now if i seen that picture in real life my brain would go kinda ughhhhhh what the

so in order to display that level of confusion posts like "I don't even" or "what the" are grand.

When you are on the interent tone and meaning is often lost and genuine confusion and sarcasm as two things that are instantly lost
