Anyone knows how to fix a false reading on Note 3 N9000 battery power?

    After my Note 3 was fully charged I was on it a couple minutes but it switched to 0% and turned off by itself. It consequently gets a false reading from the battery status and shuts down suddenly. Did a factory reset but nothing changed. The new battery ordered on mpj had probably been my final straw. Anyone knows how to fix a false reading on battery power?

    Keep turning it on and off until the battery is completely flat I.e doesn't show boot image. Then charge fully while it is turned off.
