Cost of opthamologist

    What is the average price to see an opthamologist please? I have been quoted E120 for the consultancy before any treatment. Is this a reasonable price?

    May not be reasonable but would be about right. I've seen anything from €80 to €150. Could always go to eye casualty or waitb or public appointment.

    Depending on what part of the country you're in, €150 would be about average, €200 in Dublin.
