Arts -Chinese in ucc

Hi all, Im thinking of doing Chinese and French in arts in ucc next year, Can anyone give me any info on Chinese in ucc ? Is it difficult ? How many hours a week ?etc. It sounds great but I'm really not up for spending all of my time in the library! Thanks
