Zip on jeans keep opening - Advice or return?

Bought jeans paying €45 and from the start the zip kept opening. I bought them 3 months ago. I want to bring them back to the UK chain store as I am sick of covering the zip up with long teeshirts.
    Any ideas?

You could try sewing in a hook and eye as close as possible to the top of the zip, if it's pressure that's causing the zip to open. But it sounds like it just doesn't 'catch' at the top of the zip, in which case I'd chase up a refund/replacement. Failing that you'd need to have a new zip inserted.
