As far as I know there are synchronised swimming lessons in the national aquatic centre

I was in the National Aquatic Centre on Saturday between 12 & 1 and there was coached synchronised swim training going on in the lanes beside me. Looked like 15 or 16 year olds.

The NAC is the only synchro who has survived.

You can register for the class. They struggle to get enough girls for run the lessons every term.

However, I fell it would be more enjoyable for everybody to be able to have a separate small group of ladies.

I know some swimmers interested on synchro, learning meanly.

    What is your swimming background?

    Cheers

Once a week would be great.

I am completely new in synchro but good swimmer.

I think with other three girls we could arrange a training in NAC.

    I'll post here any news
