    Hi folks,

I'm looking for a quick and free (hopefully!) solution for a survey tool / application that already exits whereby I can send out a survey to 300 or so recipients and also give each of them their own unique login details.
the results would then be tagged to these details.

    Does such a thing exist?
Surveymonkey does this I think, but is on a paid package.

    thanks.

Could be some issues with data protection there. Most surveys are anonymous and only link results to general stats like gender, age group, income group, etc.

I reckon it'd be rather difficult to find a free one that'd be any use.

Good point: cheers for that. Actually, I shouldn't really need to link back the results.
The survey itself is fairly mundane, asking about how they feel about a service we provide / future ideas and doesnt ask for much (if any) personal details.

You might find an open source / self-hosted solution - check http://www.hotscripts.com

(I've no idea if there are any that meet your requirements, but if there is that site probably lists them .. )
