If you do not have a contract of employment because you were refused one, what does this mean? Does that person have any protection at all? When it comes to sunday premium pay, public holidays, redundancy etc

    this
says you have an implied contract if you work and get paid
it also says your employer has to give written details (within 2 months of starting IIRC)
