Have a puncture and threads are gone in the wheel brace

I'm in Harold's Cross in Dublin and got a puncture. Can't get the wheel off because the threads are gone on the wheel brace.

Can anyone recommend a call out company?

If you have a breakdown cover with your insurance, I'd recommend them.

Don't have my policy details and tried calling the insurance company and lines are closed.

    What insurer are you with?
You can find contact details online.
My thinking was that every insurer should have 24h claims line.

Your policy details are on your insurance disc on your windscreen.
