    Apparently owners sold it for 850 million dollars.. Then bought it back for a million... Supposedly gonna recreate it and make it something... Still sucks if you ask me

    I actually found Bebo more fun then facebook back it the day.

    I didnt even know it was still around but i dont use facebook anymore either so meh

    A few months ago I was trying to get my old photos off it, it said they are down for a while but enter your email and we'll let you know when you can get your photos.
    Now today I was looking again and theirs info on all the new apps they're launching this year but no way of contacting to get the photos. Are they gone for good?? I want my photos.

    Maybe it's nostalgia but I remember bebo as much less of a "look at me" site.. People actually wrote to each other instead of just writing up status updates.

    apparently bebo owns the copyright to them pictures once uploaded so you're probably advertising Heineken in Japan now

    I used to use it as a time capsule for 2006. I'd look at it if I wanted to see myself fresh faced and wearing "alternative" clothes.
