    can I order an isdn line to my house while my original line is stuck on a pair gain or will the pair gain just be split again ?

    Unfortunately if the line is on a pair gain an ISDN option would not be possible.

    This cannot be specifically requested I'm afraid, you can indeed make a complaint regarding not being able to get broadband and this and it will be investigated in full. To make a complaint for investigation please contact accounts on free phone 1901.
