    Hi rarnes1

Speeds are dependant on a few things for example distance from the exchange ect. The exchange itself is NGB enabled and the max speed available is up to 24MB however as I touched on the speeds on the line in question will be affected by distance from the exchange so if you have a specific number or address you would like me to check let me know.

    Thanks
    Al

    Hi rarnes1

I just got back to your PM this morning - the line itself is qualifying for up to 17MB.

    Thanks
    Al
