Suits - €150/200 ish

Hi,

I am looking for ideas on where to try looking for two suits that I need to buy.

These are for groomsmen, but I'm not looking for wedding type suits, just normal fitted, slim style 3 peice suits. I'm hoping it's possible to get something decent in this price range, as I'd rather spend a little bit more and have the lads keep the suits, than rent them for €120 for the day.

I have yet to start looking but i have the usual ideas of shops in mind ie Debenhams, Arnotts, Kildare Village, Banbridge Outlets etc.

Just wondering does anyone have any other ideas, I'm also open to the idea of online also.

You've mentioned Kildare Village already, which is a good place to try. Hugo Boss had a sale on recently with some nice dark suit for about 250 euro. If their sale is still on, it's definitely worth a look.

Thanks for the above, hadnt thought about Next or M&S.

Kildare Village will be an option, and im not a million miles away from the border so will probably try Banbridge as well.

I'm just trying to strike a balance between, decent quality and decent price. The groomsmen might not re wear this suit for another 6 months so I'm not looking for top notch quality, just something that will look good on the day and if they get another few wears out of it then all the better.

I got a nice grey suit for a wedding last year in zara, it was just over €200

Granted, €429 would be a tad exaggerated to say the least but for €159 ( or €143 for the next 6 minutes! ) it's a pretty good deal with a shirt and 2 x ties ta boot

Asos do nice suits pretty cheap (Order one to try and return it if not nice)

Also why not just buy a nice jacket with a contrasting pants,matching coloured shirts (Personally I hate matching everything)

I had seen that, it's tempting me to be honest.

I was hoping for something a little more fitted than those suits, but it's a good option.

For €150 - €200 you wont be getting a fitted suit.

As said above Next, Topman, M&S are all your best best.

They won't be half as comfortable as a more expensive suit and you wont even look forward to wearing them again but you can look pretty good on the day that you wish to impress!
