Hairdresser in Limerick for bleaching

    Hiya,

    Just wondering if anyone knows of a good hairdresser in Limerick that will do a good job bleaching my roots? I've had it done twice so far and both times the hairdresser has left me with roots too yellow and they just won't lift with toner at all! I don't mind the price but I really would like to have roots that match my hair!!!!!!
