Auto-XS Power Station problem

    Hi
I have an Auto-XS Power Station which I bought from Aldi about 2 years ago.
It worked fine up to last winter and I had no need for it since then.
I took it out to charge it up at the week-end and it didn't work.
I've had it on Electrical mains charge overnight and would have thought it was charged up fully by now but when I plug out the mains the "Yellow" light comes on indicating the battery needs charging.
When the mains is plugged into it - there is no response from compressor or lights.
Just wondering what the problem might be and what I need to do to fix it.?
    Thank you

Battery is FUBAR, batteries don't like sitting around in a low state of charge, they should always be fully charged.
You need to open the case and see what size and spec of battery is inside and find a replacement battery.
*This could be actually more than the cost of the unit from Aldi new.

Had one of those done same thing ,so connected it to a car battery charger( just connect crocodile leads to car charger crocodile leads) and charged overnight, this done the job,it wouldn't charge from mains when completely dead.

Did it hold the charge from then on, or was the unit weaker maybe?? I'm just wondering in case I'm wasting my time on it and maybe a new AXS battery is the long-term answer.

    Thanks
