Depends what you pop on top..
Got an evod on mine wth a cotton microcoil at 2.0 ohm. Does the jobby nicely. It's great to be able to adjust the voltage to suit your clearomizers/juice. 13euro is a fair price too.

Just bought a kangor evod to collect tomorrow, 10.80 but it's a 3.0ml rebuildable one so it's grand like... The atomiser I have now gives me a seriously nasty burnt taste.. Bought a new one today already and it's the same crap.. So I'm pretty sure now it's the battery causing it.. Wouldn't mind but it's only new so I'm fairly annoyed

Describe the atomiser. Is it top coil or bottom coil? I started with cheap top coil attys that couldn't keep up with my vaping. As they count on a wick that sucks up juice from a pool beneath the coil, they will never get as good a supply as one with a coil that sits beneath the juice.
It's nothing to do with your battery, if it's an ego battery it'll be handing out around 3.7 volts, which is standard. It's your coil/wick/atty that's the problem.
The evods are all the same, unless it's the evod 2 or evod glass, as they are dual coil. They are able to be rebuilt, check out rip trippers video for evod microcoil on YouTube. Think they are all 1.6 ml may be 2ml but def not 3ml. If your using a twist battery, I advise a 1.8-2ohm coil in the evod.
    Peace.

Are you sure you have it on a low setting? If it's too high maybe that's why you're getting the burnt taste.
Also when you put a new coil
In it leave it for 15 minutes to
    Soak in before vaping.

I was using a disposable atomiser.. The new one I got today has replaceable coils and there's no bad tastes :)
