Fender Bender - Bent wheel arch

So as I was driving out of the drive I drove into my mothers parked Yaris very slowly. This pushed the Fender towards the door and now I can't open the door without forcing it with a loud pop sound. As well as this, the wheel arch was bent. It's not bad damage and I think it would be possible to fix it quite easily, but I'm just wondering how much would pulling the fender back a bit so the door can open and just taking the dents out of the wheel arch be?
