My denon AVR2312 seems to have developed a fault with a constant clicking sound. Can anyone recommend a repair shop in Dublin I could bring it to? I bought originally from richer sounds but will hopefully find somewhere closer to home as it is out of warranty.

E-mail Denon. They should give you the appropriate company / repair depo to ssend it to. Beyond that ask of Richer, see if they have a South Dublin repair contact ( use to be the Philips shop)

Constant clicking sound sounds like a short somewhere in your system making your amp duck into protect mode?? try disconnecting the speakers and see if the fault clears in the first instance - if that doesn't work, panic can start to set in- unfortunately Denon don't have an authorised service centre in the ROI as far as I know - you could try John I Callaghan at Plasma care in Dublin as he will know your receiver - alternatively we can send it to the authorised Denon service centre in the uk for you if you like...

Thanks John, I will try that and might give Plasma care a call first as I guess it will take a few weeks sending it to Denon in the UK

Just an update that it was a speaker cable causing a short where the cable had become disconnected from the banana plug. Saves me a lot of grief! Thanks again John
