Which Xeon compares to i7 4770K (New Intel Build)

Hi, I'm thinking about doing an Intel build at some point soon. So far for the build I've got:

Corsair Professional Series AX 760 Watt
ASUS H87-PLUS ATX Intel H87 Motherboard
Fractal Design Define R4 PC Case
    Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
Kingston Technology 120GB Solid State Drive
    Seagate 3TB 3.5 inch 7200RPM
    Corsair CML16GX3M2A1600C10 Vengeance Low Profile

So I'm here looking for processor advice, as well as how compatible the parts are with each other. I was originally going to go with an i7 4770k but I've read here that there is a Xeon that is just the same, without the built in graphics, and I don't plan on overclocking. This is also why it's a more budget mobo.

I'm also buying a GTX770 or equivalent for my old build, and taking the GTX780 out of it for this one. Current build is an AMDFX8350, an Asus M5A99FX PRO R2.0, 16gb 1600mhz ram, and a random assortment of hard drives.

    Cheers in advance
