Tens: The Real Life Photo Filter

I was reading indiegogo this afternoon and came accross the Tens: The Real Life Photo Filter funding campaign.

    The blurb says
Tens is a sunglasses brand with a simple ambition; to make your day look ten times better. Through our custom lens tint we aim to add an extra burst of colour to your summer

From a photography point of view would it be fair to say these are just glasses with a reddish/brown tint?
I'm wondering if these are somehow special, they don't even seem to be polarizing, just brown tinted glasses.
The campaign is short on details as to what is special about these lenses to my eye, which may mean there is nothing special.

I'm guessing the readers here have a pretty good understanding of what a lens filter can and cannot do, are the claims for these glasses outlandish or are they really selling something special? I'm leaning towards the first.
