Leaving Eircom

    Can anyone tell me how to find out when my contract is ended with eircom and what exactly are the steps i need to make to leave eircom??

    if you are getting bad speeds keep taking snapshots of speed tests... you may have to mail them to show they cannot provide the service you are paying for..
    if not just ring them and ask when did your contract begin... 

    had to do this with:
    vodafone DSL
    digiweb DSL
    imagine DSL

    in the last few years..... 
    if they cannot provide the service, or rectify the prob... then give them the chop :D
