As per the title, I have a Microsoft surface and need some help before I bounce it off the wall,

When I'm online certain websites wont open (not porn sites before anyone says) the main issue I have is with paddypower.com.
I saw online that the surface has a list of approved websites that I can add it to but I tried that a while ago without any success. If possible id like a way for all websites to be approved and lift any restrictions.
I only ever use the pc for mainstream sites and general browsing and YouTube etc so I don't need any sites blocked.

have you tried the site on desktop mode? Im assuming its an issue with flash on the site.
