Recommendations Please – Compact Retractable pen which uses bottled / cartridge ink

Hello, I’d like a pen which uses cartridges which I can syringe fill or a converter for bottled ink. It must be no longer than 150mm – preferably under 145mm and have as small a diameter as possible – it’s for a pocket notebook. Any suggestions / recommendations appreciated. Thanks

Doesn't have to be a fountain pen - was considering this one

But it's a bit long and thick and the reviews on amazon have mentioned some leaking issues.
