The following message was left in my nieces locker.

"laistigh deh tremise a ceapadh do"

    Thanks

Laistigh de would mean inside of. The rest is meaningless. Could you provide the entire message? It doesn't seem to make much sense to me.

inside of .. was your... made

The dots representing the meanigless parts.

Maybe it's "lastigh den tréimhse a ceapadh é" - within the period it was created/composed.

If was a treasure hunt, I'd guess the book of Kells, considering that would probably be the most famous ornate celtic knot design book. The period of that is 6-9th century, most likely 8 or 9.

What's that bottle? - it looks like a petrol bomb.

If there's no other information... has the person leaving the messages got the right locker?

laistigh den tréimhse a ceapadh dó = in due time englishirishdictionary.com

That image looks threatening and should be reported.

It started a week ago. A rock was thrown through their living room window. They called the police and thought it was a random act. Their daughter then found a picture of just the square knot in her locker. Two days later another rock and another picture of the knot found on their property this time.
Yesterday they found the attached picture in her locker.
The police have been contacted and the kids have been relocated for the time being. They are in the process of putting up security cameras and stuff. Thank you for the translation.
