re towing trailer test

    My daughter who has a b licence for 2 years wants to do the test to cover towing a horsebox with a jeep, does anyone know what the test involves

    It is essentially the same as a normal car test but there is no 3-point turn. Questions at the start will be more trailer specific and you will be asked the trailer coupling and uncoupling procedure. You have to do a reverse around a corner, could be to either side.
    You also need a car and trailer that meet the test requirements:

    Tell her to watch out for the reduced alcohol level if she's towing "the morning after the night before"

    Oh and there is a nasty rumor floating around FB that you will need EDT lessons specifically for a trailer before you can sit the test. No date on when It's coming in but I've seen friends talking about getting the test done soon to avoid having to take these lessons
