Does a Garda summons/sunbpoena/fine go on your permanent record?

HI, so basically a few years ago my friends and i were drunk and joking outside a pub after closing time, we were dancing on the street and a squad car came beeped for us to move they did and i didnt.
The Gardai pulled me aside and took my details, i wasn't abusive or aggressive (happy drunk) but it was stupid and disrespectful.
Anyway, the following week i got a summons or a subpoena saying either pay the fine or dispute it in court, i paid the fine.
My question is do i have some kind of record now? Im applying to teach abroad and i might have to get a garda clearance and im paranoid, have i screwed everything up?
Im naive about law and stuff, i mean u hear on american tv about permanent records, whats the scenario in Ireland?

Sounds like a fixed charge penalty. They will be recorded on the Garda pulse system but I don't believe they appear in vetting reports.

A court summons will be recorded. A fine won't
