Vpn issue on upc

Hi, I am trying to set up a vpn on my computer so I can access us tv shows. I have upc and my router is the epc3925. However I keep getting error 720 and have been told it is due to a setting in my router. Can anyone help me to set it up on my router. Any help appreciated.
