    Bought from those people before, 1year warranty in the deal, 4 months into it the clutch and flywheel went and they wouldn't honour the warranty. Cost me €780 in the end.

    To be fair, no garage I know of would cover clutch or flywheel on a used car.

    At 36K euros I would expect it to be covered as would most I'm sure.

    At that sort of money you'd expect some goodwill alright but most warranties (even from main dealers etc) specifically exclude those items as consumables.
