I am graduating in September and I want to specialize in Ireland. I go to school in Hungary. I am a non-EU citizen. What are my chances of getting a SHO spot for internal and how do I apply? Also I heard it's possible to be stuck in an SHO job indefinitely as a foreigner without actually progressing into specializing. Is that true?
