    I'm looking for feedback regarding
    NEXEN tyres.How do they rate as a brand?

    Found them ok, myself. Had a set of 195/50/15s that came with a set of Wolfrace alloys I got for a car years ago. Lasted till the car was written off 35,000 mls later and gripped well in dry and wet. Found them a tad noisy and dont know how they affect fuel consumption but overall, I liked them.

    When i got the avensis there was a nexen and a hankook on the front
    The nexen wore out faster than the hankook. I also got rid of it before it wore down to the thread wear indicators as the car was not handling well with it.
    I can highly recommend the hankook tyres which were 80 a pop in 205/55/16. I cant say the same for the hankook.
    Since then I have had 2 good years which were very good
    2 hankooks which were very good - excellent for price
    2 bridgestones very good but not really better than the hankooks and 20 a pop more
    Next time I will be going for michelin or hankook. Nothing else will be considered as I am getting older and more sensible.

    only one person has reviewed the tyres on that website. Not much value in it.
