Is my water damaged nexus 5 worth anything?

First of all no offers on this thread please as I assume that's against the ruled.

My N5 was recently water damaged but after some tender loving in some rice it came back to life, except that the battery would not charge. I gambled and bought a replacement battery. Now the bahaviour is odd in that if I take the back panel off the phone, and the panel that has the camera cover, the phone won't start and rather keeps looping with the large battery indicator on screen. When I put all covers back on the phone will boot up, the battery symbol shows that its plugged in but the battery section in settings shows it as not charging....even though if I click on the graph the charging part of the bar charts states that it is charging. In reality I don't think it is though. What's even odder though is that when the back covers are off,as mentioned already, it does seem to charge as the charge has increased when I put all covers back on. My guess was a dodgy connection but I have redone the connectors multiple times with no luck.

Anyway, long story short, I'm guessing the battery citruity on my phone has had its day. However when powered up everything else on the phoe is perfect. Thus is there much value in this phone? I'm guessing the screen would be worth something to someone at least. I could throw it up on Adverts, but have no idea what I should look for.
