Hi Everyone
I am a new user as of right now! I joined up so that i could try to find out about the pros and cons of apartment living in Dublin 4, 6 and 6W. I am looking for a 2 bed (and preferably 2 bath) apartment/small house to buy in these areas and I was wondering if anyone has any positive/negative experiences of particular blocks and/or estates, i.e. noise, rubbish, anti-social behaviour, or good blocks etc to raise a 10 year old child. My concerns would revolve around burglaries, sound-proofing, night time noise.
