'Management' qualification?

I currently work in management and am in the market for another move and have noticed that some roles advertised state that a 'management qualification' is desirable.

I work in the community/public sector (and looking at roles in the same area) so I doubt they're referring to an MBA, so if anyone could give me some guidance on what general management qualifications there are out there I'd appreciate it. I do have a BA and MA in my industry field, but nothing specifically related to people management. I'm not against upskilling if the course improved my employability.

Most likely from them in the relevant field.

Fairly vital if you intend on leaving as even with promotion you should have completed a course to gain the "badge".
