Deed Poll - Commissioner of Oaths.

So yeah I'm just wondering about deed poll stuff. It says on Citizens Info you can do it by yourself so I presume this is via a Commissioner of Oaths?

It says that you can do it through a solicitor too but looking into it all solicitors seem to be Commissioner of Oaths so I'm kind of confused on that part. What's the difference?

How do I find a suitable Commissioner of Oaths?

I read that it costs €10 for a commissioner of oaths to do the thing? Is there any hidden costs or anything?

Most solicitors will do this, all can do it.

Will cost around that, just need a signature and a stamp.
