    I try to register my account, it's impossible.
    My login-email and password (case sensitive & reset several times) are rejected.
    For a bad start...

    Please feel free to send us a private message with your account details so we can investigate this for you.

    Just to note (and this may not apply to you) customers that have previously registered for online billing and have since changed their email address must still use the original email address they signed up with as their login. This does not change, but of course your contact email address can be.

    Have you already used the forgotten your password? link to reset your details?
