Assuming your wife is working a minimum of 3 days and there are no other means you should receive €228.40 per week being

    €188 personal rate
    €124.80 adult dependant
    €59.60 for 2 child dependant's
    (€144.00) means from income (20 X 3 days = 60 disregard. €300 -€60*60%)

    €228.40 weekly payment.

ok thanks, but thats claiming for the my wife as a qualified adult, if i didnt claim for her i would lose her payment and half the children is that right so i'd be getting around €74 would that be right?

Why wouldn't you claim for her? Is she getting FIS?

You can't get anything for her if she's getting FIS

i was thinking that, so if i was to claim for myself and the 2 kids i'd get roughly €74?

Ok assuming the €330 is gross as that is the figure used for jsa less prsi/union/avcs and she works 3 days per week and is in receipt of FIS. €188 personal rate for you and €29.80 for the two child (half rate as OH is on FIS) = €217.80. OH means 330 less 60E disregard assuming she works 3 days= 290E.... 60% of this is €174 and OH means are halved €87 because of FIS payment €87 should be deducted from your €217.80 giving you a payment of €130 approx. When OH FIS comes up for review any money that you have from JSA will be assesssed.
