You may find it hard to secure such a service, it wouldn't be an area thought on traditional counselling and psychotherapy courses in Ireland, and I'm aware of no specialist training in the country

It may be possible to find someone who has trained abroad and is now working over here, but you will have to continue searching. May I ask is there a specific reason for TA? Other approaches may be beneficial too
