Backpackers hostel in Watford?

There's a group (approx 8) of us heading to Watford in June and we're looking for inexpensive accommodation for 1 night. I've been searching online already and can only find hotels, but I really want to keep the costs down (ideally less than £25 pppn) for everyone and all we need is a comfortable place to put our heads down. We're going to a conference / training seminar in North Watford, Bushey Mill Lane area.

Any suggestions on hostels or guest houses in Watford?

£25 ? - I would say no chance. Watford isn't exactly in the backpackers bible as a prime destination. I'd say you'll be looking at at least twice that to get anywhere to stay.

I've used hostelworld.com a few times myself, and they don't have any listings for Watford. Every search for hostels in Watford is redirecting me to listings for hotels, so I'd say your best bet is to look for cheap hotel rooms - I can see a few on booking.com that have twin rooms for less than £40 a night available for next week, for example.
