    That's what I have been using but I'm looking for something a bit more professional to do a large number of properties

    Twinfield is an online accounts package which the practice where I work uses. All you would have to do is set up different cost centres for each of the properties. You could allocate each of your income streams and expenses to the cost centres and then have an overall report which gives you the combined P&L or a P&L by cost centre.

    Costs are between €24 - €53 per month depending on the level of features and reporting required.
